We can't wait to get your Yankee South order headed your way.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Some items are made or fulfilled especially for you and may require additional processing time. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Yankee South is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Missing or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors first. If you're still unable to locate it, contact the shipping carrier and email us at info@yankeesouth.com so we can help where possible.
