Refund policy

Returns
We currently do not offer returns but we will gladly exchange any apparel item for a different size. The item must not be worn, washed or have any visible damage. Please email info@yankeesouth.com with Subject Line EXCHANGE. Please indicate your order # and requested size in the body of the email. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Yankee South. Yankee South will in turn waive the shipping fee to ship out the exchanged product.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

If you are shipping a items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We reserve the right to update our shipping policy at any time.
